OEM Technik Policy & Agreement
By accessing OEM Technik, you hereby agree to be bound by terms and conditions and accept all disclaimers and limitations of liability expressed therein. Use of products sold through OEM Technik is at the consumer's own risk. Proper installation and proper use of all products must be followed for optimal safety and performance. OEM Technik does not accept responsibility for improper use, alterations, and installation of any products or services. All HID xenon products sold by OEM Technik are for off-road use only.
OEM Technik does not take any responsibility for determining the correct application, application specifics, possible required add-ons, and possible restrictions of the use of our products. OEM Technik is not responsible for 3rd party installation costs in case of warranty return/exchange. While we do not take any responsibility, we will gladly assist in every way possible to determine the correct products for your desired application.
For any return where an item is not resalable due to installation, damage, abuse, damage in transit from customer to OEM Technik, etc., we reserve the right to refuse the return, and product will be returned to the customer at his/her expense. If an item is being returned in perfectly resalable condition, where customer requests a refund, an amount equal to all shipping costs related to the order (including any shipping costs as a result of exchange / warranty service), plus a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund (for exchanges / site credit there is not a restocking fee). Alternatively, webstore credit for the original order value minus all shipping costs related to the order and any restocking fees will be offered. Returns for refund goods must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of the original purchase date. After this time, no returns will be accepted. Upon receipt, before a refund is made, the products will be inspected to ensure that they are fully resalable. If the product is damaged, or returned without all its parts, has any evidence of use, or for any other reason the product is deemed to be un-resalable your refund request will be denied and the return will be sent back to you at your cost.
Due to the nature of our products, any cancellations or ammendments to orders must be made within 24hours of placing the order.
All products are given a tracking number once the order has shipped. All orders are automatically insured through the carrier and included within the total shipping costs. If your package arrives in damaged or unsatisfactory condition, a claim will need to be processed through the shipping company. We take absolutely no responsibility of the package once it leaves our location; a package is only protected by the insured amount through the shipping carrier.

OEM Technik HID Ballasts, Bulbs, & Systems
All OEM Technik provided HID components are covered under a minimum 1 year worry free warranty on ballast and component parts, No warranty is offered on LED bulbs and Xenon HID bulbs.
We guarantee your satisfaction on any products that are purchased from OEM Technik
Unless specifically stated at the time of purchase, we warranty all merchandise for a minimum of 21 days against defects in workmanship or materials for normal road use (off-road, racing, extreme weather, damage from road debris, or other extraordinary uses are excluded). The warranty term in effect at the time of purchase shall be applicable to your items. For in-warranty items, you will receive a repaired or replacement product as soon as possible after your return is received by OEM Technik. Warranty claims will be denied if there is any physical damage to the product which appears to be a result of misuse, modification, negligence, incorrect installation/removal or return shipping damage. The sole obligation of OEM Technik (including but not limited to its owners, installers, employees, etc.) under our warranty shall be repair, replacement or refund, at our option. OEM Technik will not be responsible or liable for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the defective goods purchased from us. If your returned parts are not covered under our warranty we will contact you and quote the cost of repairs.
NOTE* Due to the nature and fragility of LED bulbs we cannot offer any warranty, however we will always provide LED bulbs in perfect satisfactory working condition. After install on vehicle we cannot offer any refunds/exchanges or replacement.
